"Support Was Too Slow"
I had a problem with my booking and the support was really slow to get back to me. I kept waiting for a replies, then got passed around without anyone giving me the clear answer. By the time they finally responded, it was pretty much too late to fix anything. It was just frustrating, especially when you need a quick help.

They did reply to my message, which was good I guess, but my booking issue still wasn’t actually fixed. I’m sure it should’ve been a simple thing to sort out, but it just kind of stayed unresolved

"Pretty smooth tee time booking"
I booked a tee time through teeoff and, as far as I could tell, everything went through just fine. The course seemed to have accepted it without any issues, and when I showed up, they already had my name on the list. Overall, it was a easy experience, and I don’t really have any complaints

"Worked fine, but double-check the details"
I used teeoff to book a round it was mostly fine. The tee time and price were exactly what I expected, so no complaints there. That said, a few course details were wrong, like the cart rules, and some amenities they listed weren’t actually available when I got there. Super annoying, but also not the end of the world. Overall, the booking process was adequate and served its purpose. I’d probably use it again, but next time I’m definitely calling the course first just to make sure everything lines up.

"Pretty straightforward, no surprises"
I’ve used TeeOff.com a few times now it’s been easy, like, I could see the fees before I actually paid, so there wasn’t any weird surprise at checkout. I do wish the total price popped up a little earlier sometimes, because I’m always trying to figure out the real cost before I get too far in, but yeah, overall it was clear what I was paying for. Good enough for me...

I booked a tee time on teeoff.com because the price looked good, I figured it was a solid deal. The site itself worked fine, but some of the fees and rules only really stood out to me after I had already booked. Maybe they were listed somewhere, but they definitely weren’t clear enough before checkout. I just wish the important stuff was easier to see up front, it was a little annoying to deal with afterward.

"Got resolved, but it made me a little hesitant"
I had to cancel because the weather turned bad, and to be fair, Teeoff did eventually get everything sorted out. The problem was that it took longer than I expected, and the replies were slow. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it did make me lose a bit of confidence in how smoothly things are handled when plans change.

I actually found a bunch of good courses near me way faster than I expected. i thought the options would be limited, because apparently that’s just what I’m used to, but there were way more choices than I figured there’d be.

"Confusing booking and felt a bit shady"
The site was really laggy for me, and trying to book was way more confusing than it needed to be. I also couldn’t shake the feeling that there might be extra fees waiting to pop up later, which made the whole thing feel less trustworthy. not worth the hassle.

"Easy to Book, Just a Little Slow Sometimes"
I’ve had a good experience using the TeeOff app. It’s simple to navigate, and I can usually find tee times really quickly. I like being able to filter by price, and booking only takes a minute or two, which is super convenient. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it can load a bit slow sometimes, and every now and then it makes me sign in again. It’s not a huge issue, but it can be frustrating when I’m trying to book in a hurry. Still, overall, I’m glad I have it because it makes planning a round of golf so much easier.

"Confusing booking and unhelpful support"
I booked a tee time through TeeOff.com and the info they sent over was unclear. I had to keep digging around just to figure out what was actually confirmed. When I reached out to customer service, the replies felt like copy-and-paste answers, and it was like being stuck in a support loop where nobody really addressed the issue. One email said one thing, the golf course told me something else, and the whole thing just became confusing and annoying. I don’t see myself using TeeOff.com again.

Booking the tee time was easy enough, but when I got to the course, they had a slightly different time listed. It got sorted out in the end, but you’d think the time would match on both sides. Just a bit frustrating when you show up ready to play.

"Fine, but slim pickings late"
It worked okay for what I needed. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible. I got there kind of late, though, and yeah... not a lot of choices left. Managed to find something, but it definitely felt like I was picking from whatever was still around.
